So Many Good Things I Had to Share
Hallo, So many good things in such a short time – I had to share! Please note: The full Dutch version appears below the English text.
Sometimes life surprises us with generous servings of joy. And that’s exactly what happened to me recently. Beyond just sharing, I also want to offer something you can take with you. A small insight, maybe even a spark of inspiration.
Let’s start with some personal news that fills my heart: I’m overjoyed to tell you that I’ve become a grandfather! My daughter gave birth to a beautiful baby girl named Ellinor, or just Ellie. And I’m completely in love 😉
And professionally - no less exciting: As I shared a little while ago, I created a course teaching the acupuncture method I developed - IPRA123. This week, I received thrilling news: Zhong, the large Chinese medicine association in the Netherlands, has given its preliminary approval and recognition of the method! For me, this is a powerful reminder that with persistence, belief, and a bit of vision, even an idea born in a treatment room can grow wings.
So what’s the takeaway? We don’t always control the outcome, but we do control the path. I believe in making consistent progress, setting small goals on the way to big dreams. And that’s exactly what I invite you to try. In any area of life: health, career, relationships, or just everyday well-being.
This Week’s Tip: How to build a path toward a big goal
Let’s take an example: say you want to lose 15 kg. That might feel like a huge mountain – so let’s break it down.
Set a long-term goal with a clear date: For instance: “By July 24, 2026, I’ve lost 15 kg.”
Define simple daily actions: o Only one plate per meal. o No eating after 7 p.m. o Drink at least 2 liters of water a day.
Add a short-term milestone: For example: “By September 24, 2025, I’ve lost 4 kg.”
Review and adjust along the way. Not every day will be perfect, and that’s totally okay. Even small steps move you forward. A bump in the road isn’t a failure - it’s part of the road.
And most importantly – pick a level of effort that feels right for you. Not too hard, not too easy. Enough to feel progress, but not enough to burn out.
It takes time to build new habits. Don’t aim for perfection - aim for direction.
At the end of each day, ask yourself: “Did I take a step in the right direction today?” Even one small step counts.
And if you ever want to share a goal, ask a question, or get a bit of guidance - I’m here.
Wishing you a heart-centered, forward-moving week ♥ Yours, Zohar
