From My Heart to Your Inbox

Hey there, So glad you’re here.

I thought a lot about how to begin this first newsletter – and in the end, I decided to just start from the heart.

This newsletter was born from a simple wish: to stay in touch with you even in-between treatments. Not just when you’re lying on the treatment table, but also when you’re at home, on the go, or sipping your morning coffee.

If you’re receiving this email, it means you’ve had at least a few acupuncture sessions with me – and more than that, it means you hold a meaningful place in my heart.

Every couple of weeks, I’ll be sending you a short thought, a practical tip, an inspiring story from the clinic, and sometimes a little gift from me. You’re welcome to read it all – or just skim through. The main thing is that you know there’s someone here thinking of you and wishing you well.

Hope you enjoy ❤️ Zohar

What’s New – A Personal Journey and a Method That Grew Step by Step

I want to share something personal and meaningful with you.

About five years ago, I started working on improving how I treat pain – both physical and the emotional pain that often comes along with it. I’ve always found these kinds of cases deeply challenging, yet fascinating. To be honest, they used to frustrate me quite a bit.

But over the last six years – through trial and error, listening, learning, and lots of conversations with patients and colleagues – I found myself arriving at something that felt like a real breakthrough.

That “something” slowly evolved into a method I now call IPRA123. I won’t go into all the details (though there are quite a few great benefits 😉), but over the past year, I’ve felt a strong urge to share it – with the simple hope that it might help others, even those I’ll never get to meet in person.

So, I created an online course teaching the method – and to my delight, it’s already being used by therapists around the world.

It’s still surreal to hear how this method is making a difference in people’s lives – even when I’m not the one treating them directly. In some way, it feels like I’ve left a little mark on the world – something that will continue to help others, even after I’m no longer here.

And to me, that’s not just an achievement – it’s truly a gift. 😊

Weekly Tip – One Minute, One Breath, Big Difference

Sometimes, one minute is all it takes. Sit down. Close your eyes. Breathe.

The 4-7-8 breathing technique is a simple and powerful way to calm your nervous system. It’s especially useful when you’re feeling stressed, having trouble falling asleep, or just need a little reset between tasks.

Here’s how to do it: • Inhale slowly through your nose – 4 seconds • Hold your breath – 7 seconds • Exhale gently through your mouth – 8 seconds • Repeat 4 times

It’s simple (really), but the impact can be profound. If you stick with it each evening, you might start to feel the difference even during your day.

I invite you to give it a try – one minute a day could change your whole night.

Inspiration from the Clinic – Though This Time, Not My Own

One of the most moving parts of teaching IPRA123 has been hearing stories from other practitioners who are applying it – and getting results.

Like Omri, an acupuncturist from Israel who took my online course. A few days ago, he told me about a case that really touched me: an 85-year-old woman who had been suffering from severe knee pain for three years.

She had tried multiple rounds of physical therapy with little success – but after just a short series of treatments using the method, her pain significantly decreased.

Even more exciting: when I referred a patient with shoulder pain to him, he confidently said, “This isn’t the first case – I’ve treated quite a few shoulders successfully using the same approach.”

There’s something deeply fulfilling about seeing an idea turn into a tool in someone else’s hands – and that tool making a real difference in someone’s life, even if I’ve never met them.

It fills me with gratitude – not just for the ability to treat, but also for the ability to share and pass things forward.

Before We Say Goodbye...

If you made it this far – thank you. Truly. I hope this newsletter gave you something to carry into the week ahead – an idea, a breath, or even just a small smile.

If you have any thoughts, questions, or just want to say hi – I’d love to hear from you. Drop me a message anytime.

Wishing you a gentle week – with fewer aches, and more moments of ease. Yours, Zohar
